Design, Build and Testing

Sitting down with your Subject Matter Experts we capture the business requirements / pains in to a matrix called an RTM.  This is then used through the whole lifecycle until delivery.  

We create a design document aligned to your requirements and we both sign up to the delivery.  Our tools can be SQL, Data Lakes, single databases using MS Access or larger ERS solutions.  

Based on the chosen solution the tools will be engaged and our SME's will create the functions as per the design documents.  Data migration where necessary and functional testing is performed

Again using the RTM you can test that your expected requirements are achieved.  We can provide this as a full service or work with you and support your SME's  

Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, Prince .  All correct but not all of them are necessary.  We adapt our approach based on your needs and work involved.  But always documents and accountable   

Once we finalise the training and testing we look to deploy the solution and ensure that the solution works.  We will provide extra support often called Hypercare, for the agreed duration.  Ongoing support can be arranged or your SME's can be empowered.
