Case Study

One customer was having an issue where they were running out of colour toner for their printers and efforts to manage this and buying additional colour laser printers was costing £10k per month and still they run out and provided a bad service to their customers, pages missing from legal reports, the wrong reports.  

Our solution was to ask why colour?  The only need were logos provided which were in colour.  We pressed with the logo providers who confirmed colour was not a legal requirement.  We got new logos in B&W and used non colour laser printers.  Costs dramatically reduced and all these issues disappeared overnight.  Customer retention increased, operational costs reduced and staff were happier in their work as they didn't have to deal with upset managers and customers.
