We provide additional support at the point of go live to ensure that the solution is deployed correctly and integrates with the business. Any issue arising can then have the immediate focus it needs at this time of change.
Once we hand over to the customer we can provide a level of support as agreed to either provide 1st level or 3 level support. We always work with the customer to ensure if they want more "in-house" support we build the training and knowledge transfer in to the delivery
